Meet Kim

Years ago, I found myself in the middle of a challenging period of my life—overwhelmed, ungrounded, and unsure of what was next. In that season of uncertainty, I discovered mindfulness. It wasn’t just helpful—it was transformational. I learned how to come back to myself, one breath at a time. That practice became a lifeline—and ultimately, a purpose.

At the time, I was teaching health and wellness to incarcerated youth. I began sharing mindfulness with my students, and something clicked. These young people, so often overlooked and under-resourced, began to access a sense of calm, self-awareness, and hope. It was then I realized: wellness isn't just physical—it's deeply emotional and rooted in the mind.

That realization inspired my next step. I became a registered nurse, eventually specializing in psychiatric care for teens navigating behavioral and neurological challenges. And now, as a board-certified nurse coach, I bring all of it together: education, nursing, mindfulness, and lived experience to help individuals and teams build resilience, reduce stress, and reconnect with what truly matters.

As someone who values movement, nourishment, and time spent outdoors, I believe that true well-being is built on small, consistent choices that honor both mind and body. Whether I’m coaching a client through anxiety, walking alongside a team seeking balance, or tending my garden at the end of a long day—presence, intention, and self-compassion are always at the center.
