A practical introduction to nervous system regulation. Participants learn body-based and cognitive grounding tools, simple breath practices, and techniques to support emotional regulation during stressful moments-at work in daily life.

Reflect & Realign:
Intention Setting for the Future

A guided experience to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most.  Participants explore key areas of life, reconnect with personal values, and identify intentional shifts for the months ahead.  Reflection and optional sharing create space for meaningful connection at work and beyond.

Small Shifts, Big Impact: Everyday
Habits for Well-Being

Focuses on realistic, sustainable habits that support energy and resilience.

Topics include rest, movement during the workday, hydration, nutrition basics, and managing energy rather than

chasing productivity.

Staying Steady Under Pressure: Tools for Stress, Burnout & Resilience

Focuses on how we respond under pressure.  Participants identify early signs of stress and burnout, uncover energy drains and protectors, and learn simple tools to pause, reframe, and respond with greater intention.

Rest & Reset: Guided Meditation /
Sound Bath Experience

A gentle, non-pressured approach to reflection and intention setting. Participants explore values, awareness, and small meaningful shifts using light reflective tools (such as the Wheel of Life) to move from insight to intentional action.
