1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Site you (“User”) agree to be bound by these T&C and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services & Coaching Relationship
The Site offers wellness‑coaching information, downloadable resources, group programs, and one‑to‑one sessions delivered online or in person. Coaching is a partnership focused on goal‑setting and behavior change; it is not licensed health‑care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to purchase services. Minors may participate only with verifiable parental consent.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations
All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking through our payment processor. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and non‑refundable, except where consumer‑protection law requires otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, course materials, videos, and PDFs on the Site are owned by May You Be Wellness LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

upload malware or malicious code;

harass, threaten, or defame others;

post content that infringes another’s rights;

scrape or data‑mine the Site without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all services are provided “AS IS” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless May You Be Wellness LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these T&C.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved first through good‑faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these T&C at any time. Continued use after we post changes constitutes acceptance. Last‑revised date is posted at the top.
