Wellness Coach | Psychiatric RN

 

With over 30 years in health and wellness, I bring a unique blend of clinical experience and real-world application to organizational well-being.  As a board-certified nurse coach and psychiatric RN, I translate complex concepts like stress regulation and resilience into practical tools teams can use immediately.

My work spans healthcare, education, and community organizations, where I help leaders and teams regulate stress, strengthen connection, and build sustainable well-being through interactive, evidence-based workshops.
