With over 30 years dedicated to health and wellness, I’ve supported people through transformation—as a health educator, psychiatric nurse, and board-certified nurse coach.

 

My path has taken me from teaching wellness in the Peace Corps to working with teens facing emotional and neurological challenges—and every step has deepened my belief in the power of mindfulness, resilience, and compassionate support.
